Destinations Terms

The following are Supplemental Terms (as defined in the LOGE Terms of Service) and apply together with the LOGE Terms of Service to your access and use of certain Sites or Services. Capitalized terms used in theseSupplemental Terms which are not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the LOGE Terms of Service.

Destination Terms

The following terms and conditions (the “Destination Terms”) apply to your reservation and use of the any LOGE at one of our Destinations:

(a) Additional Terms. Additional terms may apply on a Destination-by-Destination basis. You must comply with such terms, which will be set forth on your Destination Confirmation (as defined below). If there is a conflict between these Destination Terms and such terms, these Destination Terms will control for that conflict.

(b) Eligibility. You may only reserve an accommodation at one of our Destinations for personal use by either yourself or your intended recipient. The “Minimum Age” to reserve an accommodation at one of our Destinations is the lesser of 21 years of age or the minimum age required by law in the jurisdiction where the Destination is located.

(c) Occupants. You must be an occupant of the accommodation for the entire duration of the reservation, and you agree to provide us with identification and proof of age upon request. All other occupants of the accommodation will be family members, friends, other responsible adults over the Minimum Age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to be solely responsible for your actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees (collectively, “Occupants”) present at the Destination at any time during your stay, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the LOGE Terms of Service. The number of people present at the accommodation may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy unless we have given you advance written permission.

(d) Price. Prices shown on the Site and in the App for accommodations at our Destinations exclude all taxes. Taxes will be added to the amount of your purchase and itemized on the checkout page. You will have an opportunity to review taxes before you confirm your reservation of an accommodation at our Destination. All prices on theSite and in the App are subject to change at any time without notice.

(e) Payment. If you wish to complete a reservation for an accommodation at one of our Destinations (a “DestinationBooking”), you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, such as your payment card number and its expiration date and your billing address, to us or our payment processors. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any payment card that you submit in connection with a transaction. We may receive updated information from your issuing bank or our payment service provider about any payment method you have stored with us. You authorize us to charge your payment method, including any updated payment method information e receive, for any charges you are responsible for under these Terms. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any transaction. You will pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Services, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including all taxes and shipping and handling charges applicable to your transactions. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you will reimburse us and our vendors or agents for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorneys’ fees and other legal expenses.

(f) Confirmation. You will have the opportunity to review and confirm your Destination Booking, including payment method and other details. We will display or send a notice when we ultimately accept your Destination Booking(a “Destination Confirmation”), and our acceptance will be complete at the time we display or send the formalDestination Confirmation. Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of a Destination Booking.

(g) Check-In/Check-Out. The check-in and check-out details for your Destination Booking will be included in yourDestination Confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; additional charges may apply. If you do not vacate by check-out time (or late check-out time as agreed by LOGE), you authorize us to bill your payment card on file for a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental, and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Destination.

(h) Policies. You will abide by our LOGE Terms of Service and our applicable policies, as may be updated from time to time, when using any accommodation at one of our Destinations. If you violate our LOGE Terms of Service or our policies, you may be denied access to a Destination. You may also lose any money paid for the Destination, and LOGE may charge you for any costs LOGE incurs as a result of such violation.

(i) Property Conditions. The Destination is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities. You agree to contact LOGE, using the contact information provided in yourDestination Confirmation, as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem, or any potentially hazardous condition, at the Destination, or if any incident occurs at the Destination that is related to such a problem or condition. You further agree to give LOGE a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with LOGE’s efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy. We will take reasonable and appropriate steps to remedy any reported problem as soon as practicable. We may enter your accommodation a tour Destination at your invitation to remedy any problem you report, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to inspect, maintain, or repair the Destination, and to address any situation that we reasonably deem an emergency that threatens persons or property.

(j) Group Bookings. You may not book more than 7 accommodations through our Services for the same Destination for the same stay dates. If you book more than 8 accommodations in separate Destination Bookings, we may cancel your Destination Bookings. We may also charge you a cancellation fee and if you paid a non-refundable deposit, such deposit may be forfeited. If you want to book more than 8 accommodations for the same Destination for the same stay dates, then please contact us. You may be asked to sign a written contract or pay a non-refundable deposit.

(k) Cancellation by You.• Non-Refundable Bookings. If your Destination Booking was designated as non-refundable when you made your reservation, your Destination Booking will remain non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time.• Refundable Bookings. If you cancel outside of 24 hours of your check-in date, we will refund you the full cost of your Destination Booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your check-in date, your payment card may be charged up to the first night of the stay plus taxes.• Group Bookings. Group specific deposit and cancelation policies may apply. Please contact your group leader or sales manager for more specific information.

(l) No Shows. If you do not show for the first night of your Destination Booking but plan to check in for the subsequent nights, please contact us using the contract information provided in your Destination Confirmation before the original check-in date. If you do not contact us, then your Destination Booking may be cancelled. No-shows will be charged for the first night of the stay plus taxes. Exceptions may apply.

(m) Cancellation by Us. On rare occasions, due to ownership changes, properties being removed from rental use, or a need for extensive repairs or maintenance, the Destination may not become available for rental on the dates of your Destination Booking. In this unlikely event, LOGE reserves the right to substitute a comparable property. If comparable accommodations are not available, you will have the option of (i) selecting from other available properties (in which case you are responsible for, or will receive the benefit of, any difference in cost) or (ii)receiving a complete refund of your Destination Booking payment.

(n) Refunds. Any refunds will be transferred back to you to the payment card you used to make the original Destination Booking.
